As the 4th Generation owner of a specialized rep company founded in 1933, I was able to modernize our approach by leveraging our home grown talent, investing in our people and facilities while providing a sophisticated client base with full turn key solutions including engineered products, services, on-site thermal energy optimization, contracting and manufacturing to become one of Canada’s largest and most respected distributor.
The ability to foster long term meaningful relationships with our exclusive suppliers, our clients and partnership with our employees has always been key to my success.
Despite a mature market, we managed to double our sales through organic growth, at which point I successfully orchestrated an exit to Private Equity while ensuring the 5th Generation of management would retain operational authority of the company ensuring its continued growth as a platform company.

I take great pride in working with a diverse group of entrepreneurs who share the common vision of success through team work rather than the success of any one individual. My goal is to bring this experience to the many companies I have the privilege of working with as an Angel Investor and through the PNA Ventures fund founded with my family.
